My role at Ted Baker involves a high level of
team participation whilst actively driving my
own learning and being adaptable and flexi-
ble to the needs of the business. My retail sales
assistant position ensures I keep up to date
with current products, promotions, visual
merchandising, replenishment procedures
and housekeeping standards. My product
knowledge ensures I demonstrate high
skill to customers whilst actively informing
customers about the brand and
meeting their needs to ensure the building of a
loyal customer relationship. My role at
Ted Baker provides a collaborative working
environment to allow me to be proud, passion-
ate and motivated to achieve my objectives.

My role at The Dressing Room involved creating
strong custotmer relationships through ensuring
products were continuously replinshed whilst pro-
viding organisation and housekeeping standards
within the store. My role at The Dressing Room
was to provide consistency within visual merchan-
dising throughout the store whilst providing a clear
message through product collections displayed.
