Objective: To perform single phase and three phase power supply connection and to observe
electrical power operation under load.
Experime nt Outcome: By the end of the experiment, the student will be able to understand
the working characteristics of single phase and three phase power supply, delta and star
connection and the operation of power under load.
Appratus: Three phase variable power supply, three phase transformer, digital multimeter,
capacitive load, resisitive load, inductive load, digital multimeter, oscilloscope, power factor
meter and connecting plugs.
