This document provides a template for tracking an individual player's game performance in 3 key areas: [1] success in specific skills and tactics in the first and second halves of a match; [2] a percentage rating for their overall performance; and [3] metrics for their fitness performance over the duration of the game. Key data points include the number of successful or unsuccessful passes, tackles, shots, etc. along with sprint counts, jumps and turns to evaluate their physical output. The template is designed to objectively analyze both tactical execution and physical contribution on a per-game basis.
