Bootcamp Eportfolio 2017

Share four or five experiences from your wellness journey over the course of this

semester. Include insights about your personal growth, fitness gains, mind/body ahas,

stress relief, connection to yourself, others or nature, or any other piece that speaks to you

and explain why.


1. About halfway through this course I realized I was finally getting some definition in my

muscles. This has always been a personal goal for me because Ive always been called a

string bean.
2. Another thing I noticed during this course is that I wake up to my alarm without feeling

like a zombie, which was the usual case in the morning.


3. I also felt myself having more energy, I can actually preform a whole day of tasks without

really needing a nap.


4. Additionally, I feel a great sense of relief in my back and neck from exercising regularly.

I usually am sore and aching, but it has diminished quite a bit from gaining strength in

those areas.

I have taken many HCLA classes and I plan to continue taking them because of all the great

benefits they have been helping me achieve.
