Planning for learning *


You sent the lesson plan a day before, but it is missing. You didnt
include the activity schedule! You should include this in your lesson
plan so I know your activities

Implementing and Managing Learning *


You started with good morning. Then you showed them (Maryam),
she is a doll! You were excited! And the students too. You asked
them about the letter to let them read the letter and the pictures
that start with the letter (M) you asked, where is letter M? you
colored it on red, it would be better if you didnt color it so they
think. I liked the activity that you included animals, people and
places.
Then you explained the activity that they should write their name
above. Some of them started the activity. Then you asked the
students to write the letter M. Good to let them write.
For the puzzle activity, the students couldnt do it because they
wanted you to do it! You should ask questions, not doing the work
for them! to make it easier, you can prepare bigger pieces of the
same picture.
Why Mohammed worked alone?

I liked Hissa! She asked her friends about the pictures because they
were free! This is what you should think of
Language and delivery

Classroom management *
You need to work on your classroom management. You tried your
best, but you have to bet a little patient! Omran! It seems that the
sticker works but for a little period, you should change it.

Communication skills: *
I think that you should work on communication skills with your
students and you should listen to them a little bit to show them that
what they did is important.
Stickers! And a gift! Mouse? With letter M Nice!

You need to work on your monitoring skills!

Critical Reflection *

You said that it was good. At the beginning you felt scared but then
it was better. You liked the activity that they find the letter M
(activities). You want to talk in English better and more organized
in the lesson and the activities, groups and time management. You
were shocked that the students finished quickly.

Strengths of the lesson:


- Clear voice
- Fun activity
- Good to praise the students with the sticker, but it would be better if you give them
the sticker at the same time! So they know why they get a sticker.
- Good to introduce the good job
- Good to check the students work.

Areas for development:

- You should work on your classroom management


- You should be patient
- Instead of asking understand? Ask the question
- Dont do the work for them, let them do it by themselves.

- You should put the song before
- You should be prepared before, like put all your materials at the same spot so you
dont run back and fourth.
- What about who wrote the better handwriting?
