"You break a fast, like you begin in it, you break a fast by going on
fruit juice, but you don't have it fresh and raw, you sort of heat that
to break the enzyme action of it. You take that fruit and take it 5 days.
And when you take that fruit 5 days, and you break the fast, you will
have energy that you don't know what to do with. And you will not
understand why you are not hungry, neither will anyone else, you
will not have hunger when the fast is broken right. Now, when you
