Commercial Sectors-( Lighting Control and Dimming System (Philips

Scan the market for new projects
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how and why the company
can meet consultant, contractor, and owner needs
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing upon terms and conditions
with contractors
Achieving/ exceeding annual sales target
Liaise with other members of the sales team
Carry out site survey with engineering staff
Project estimation done by studying the project with Drawings ,specification and
BOQ .Make proper design and prepare a cost effective solution to the
contractors
Liaise with warehouse to prepare products delivery
Collect payments as per agreements
Prepare samples for coming presentations
Follow up with existing projects
Maintain relationship with contractors and consultants
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the direct manager
Attend daily/weekly huddles and meetings
Support to marketing by attending trade shows, exhibit, conferences
