Music Business Movie Poster

Project
In the first semester unit, we thought about self-awareness and
use of self-awareness to help create and develop personal brands.
For this Midterm assignment, you will create a movie poster that
advertises your student interview subject. Essentially, the movie
poster is a creative way to display your partners responses to the
questions; students pretend their interviewee is the subject of an
exciting new film. Using a variety of materials (see materials list),
students each create one poster that includes:

1. Title: a word or phrase that relates to an important

part of the interviewees life;

2. Adjectives (at least five): words that describe the

interviewees strengths and abilities;

3. Plot teasers (at least two): short descriptions of

important events or accomplishments that are part of
the interviewees life;

4. Illustration/Graphics: images that represents the

interviewees future goals

Students! Use your creativity! You may include even more than
the required elements on the movie poster, as long as the
elements represent important features of the interviewees
life/goals.

You will be graded on your creativity, attention to detail, as well

as the information that you provide (adjectives,
slogan/quotes/taglines, reviews, etc). The poster should look
like one that you would see in theatresinformative, eye-
catching, and interesting to the viewer.
