First, I attended the HCT Education Conference and I attended a lecture about different

aspects such as 21 st Century Skills, the change and the challenges that the country faces
about education. I gain a lot of information about the importance of change, the
importance of 21 st Century skills and how it impacts on the students in the future. Second,
I attended different workshops where students shared their experience of conducting action
research and the processes they did and we learned from each other. This was a very useful
experience for me as I increase my knowledge regarding different aspects.
 Here is me I presented my action
research and I shared my
experience with other students and
faculties. I felt very proud of
myself and the hard work that I
did through this semester to
improve my practice as a teacher
and to improve students as well.
