included identifying appropriate nutritional risk of patients and intervening based on
established criteria. I gained knowledge and experience in critical care by providing
both enteral and parenteral nutrition support to patients mechanically ventilated in
the ICU and attended daily medical rounds. I actively participated in quality
performance improvement efforts and effectively collaborated with nurses, social
workers, and pharmacists to provide optimal interdisciplinary care.
Dietetic Internship

I completed a 8 week food service rotation at Fort Hamilton Hospital. I also com-
pleted a two week community rotation at WIC and Kettering School Lunch Pro-
gram. The remainder of the internship consisted of clinical rotations including renal,
diabetes, weight loss, cardiac, nutrition support, medical/surgical, pediatric and OB,
and oncology.
