1. General Information
1.1Purpose
The purpose of the Computerized Testing Summary Report is to summarize the overall results of the testing activities
and indicate the suitability of the system for on-going use. The issuance of this report indicates that all testing
activities have been completed.

1.2System Overview
The SAP Global Trade System (GTS) is used in automating international trade, to streamline the import and export
processes. The system also ensures full export/import regulatory compliance, customs clearance, and mitigates the
financial risk of global transactions. Additional information regarding GTS is found in the SAP System Overview
document which provides information such as the systems purpose, scope, major functions, components, interfaces
and other high-level relevant information.

1.3Scope

Included in the scope of this Computerized System Validation Summary Report is an overall assessment of
conformance to planned specifications and activities described in the SAP Maintenance 2013 GTS Upgrade Project
System Test Protocol and SAP Maintenance 2013 GTS Upgrade Project Unit and System Test Summary Report.

List all references that were used in preparation of this document. Include all MJN policies, standards, SOPs and
guidelines as well as system documentation (e.g., from the components manufacturer) that affect the system

2. Summary of Results
Testing activities occurred and were documented in the associated test protocol and summary reports. Deviations to
these reports are noted below.

Section 1.3 Scope indicates only those critical processes found in Appendix A are being tested. Only the critical
processes within a subset of the entries in Appendix A were actually tested and this subset should have comprised the
list in Appendix A. The SAP Maintenance 2013 GTS Upgrade Project Unit and System Test Summary Report lists
the documents from those processes actually tested.

Section 1.5 Roles and Responsibilities Defect Manager/Solution Analyst/Functional Analyst Approve System Test
Protocol and System Test Summary Document. The approver of these documents is the Associate Director, SAP
Supply Chain with a role of Subject Matter Expert or IT Process Area Owner. This is the correct approver of the
document and is only listed incorrectly in section 1.5.

The Testing Environment section of the protocol was not included and should have been. The information stated
below is what should have been contained in the protocol document:

The hardware and software that comprise the system test environment is described in the SAP GTS Upgrade Project
Components Management document. System Testing will be performed in a dedicated and secure environment that
closely mirrors the planned production environment.

System Name references multiple references throughout the document refer to System Name. This should have
been replaced with SAP Maintenance 2013 GTS Upgrade Project.

Roles and Responsibilities, is listed as Defect Manager/Solution Analyst/Functional Analyst Approve System Test
Protocol and System Test Summary Document. The approver is the Associate Director, SAP Supply Chain with a role
of Subject Matter Expert or IT Process Area Owner. This is the correct approver of the document and is only listed
incorrectly in section 1.5 of the Protocol document.

Section 1.3 Scope should have included a reference to Process Definition Documents (PDDs). Also, the second
paragraph of the Scope indicates System testing for Europe will include testing of all electronic communications
through the upgraded Seeburger system. This testing was performed and the statement should be in past tense
instead of future tense. The correction is as follows: System testing for Europe included testing of all electronic
communications through the upgraded Seeburger system.

Because the project documentation is specifically stating that only critical processes were tested, those critical
processes that were tested should be listed. The processes tested are as follows:

Section 1.4 Project References contains an invalid reference to System Name Design Specification. This reference
should be Executed System Test Scripts. Also, the reference to Appendix B is missing from the References list.

Section 2.1 indicates System testing was performed in the test environment as described in the System Test Protocol,
with no deviations. The test environment is not described in the System Test Protocol. The correct information is in
section 2.1 of this document.

Section 2.2 references Appendix A for a list of the executed Unit and Integration test scripts. The actual Appendix
does not include any Unit tests. If Unit testing was performed, it should be included in the summary. If it was not, this
should be called out in the document.

Section 2.3 should have called out the following discrepancies to the Protocol:
A. The below test scripts did not follow the Test Script Identification as documented in the System Test protocol.
The table lists the incorrect script ID followed by the correct script ID:

This is incorrect and does not demonstrate the testing completed successfully.

B. Section 2.2.4.1 and 2.2.4.2 incorrectly identified the use of data sheets for the testing activities. Data sheets
were not used. Instead all data was created manually for this testing.

Appendix C Change Control and Transport Log is missing the Change Control/Transport Number for the security
related change. This information is documented below:

3. Conclusions
This section of the report should summarize the overall validation for the specified system. At a minimum it must
include statements about whether:
a. all validation activities and documentation, as described in the CSV Plan, were successfully completed with
appropriate reviews and approvals
b. the purpose of the validation was achieved
c. the overall system is suitable for continuing production use.
