Keeping cases and calendar up to date, and providing notice of upcoming meetings or appointments. Occasionally
made calls to clients or other businesses in regards to cases or projects.

I was part of the original staff that helped to open this store. My focus area as a manager was the operations of the
store. Not only was I involved in functions and organization of the store, but I also help train new staff. My previous
experience with the company allowed for me to give additional information to newcomers.

On the sales floor, I followed the steps to giving the Vera Bradley Experience. I greeted guests, assisted and asked
open-ended questions, gave information on products or promotions, and completed sales on the POS system. I also
performed daily assigned tasks, and maintained the stores visual displays and standards. As a stock associate, I
overlooked the maintenance and organization of the store, which was spread through four storage locations. I
successfully organized and executed the stores sidewalk sale, which was their largest annual event.
