A wheel support is shown in the following pages. Draw the exact 3D model of all 5 individual
components (parts in ipt files) shown. Your drawings shall be in correct dimensions and sizes
as shown.

Question 1 (40 marks)

Full marks will be obtained for components that exactly match the drawings supplied.

1. Base Plate 5 marks (1 unit)

2. Bushing 5 marks (2 unit)
3. Wheel 10 marks (1 unit)
4. Side Bracket 10 marks (2 unit)
5. Shaft 10 marks (1 unit)

Question 2 (28 marks)

Create assembly view in dwg or iam file. There are 5 components in a full assembly.
Each one will attract 4 marks if it is properly assembled as Figure A.

Question 3 (12 marks)

Create exploded view in dwg or ipn file. Then, create a drawing in dwg or idw file
exactly as Figure A and B, complete with fully assembly, exploded assembly with balloon
numbering and part list table (Table A).

Question 4 (20 marks)

Make the 2D drawing (in dwg or idw file) for the shaft and bushing complete with
front, top, isometric views, full dimensions and correct scale on A3 paper.
