ALLSAFE SALESMAN RECEIVES 50% NET COMMISSION

Alliance Security Funding Will Pay Out Commissions within 7-14 Day After The Account Has
Been Put Online. Funding Cycle is Saturday- Saturday. Example: Install a Job in-between
Saturday April 1st- Saturday April 8th and Receive Payment April 14th.
Commercial Accounts: Business accounts will be paid at 600649 credit score multiples.
Manual Billing: Salesman will be deducted 3X multiples for customers setup with manual
billing.
Guarantee Period: During the first 12 months following closing, Company agrees to replace
bad contracts with accounts of equal value. Company also agrees to service all accounts
within the first 12 months.
Holdback/Admin Fee: Alliance Security Funding will hold back 5% of the purchase price,
which will be refunded at the end of the guarantee period. An additional $50 will be
withheld and applied toward administrative fees.
Quality Metrics: Company agrees to limit credit scores between 625649 to 15% of total
purchased accounts
Landline: Landlines Not Allowed
