Assessment What is being assessed and how?
(formative/ Formative visually assess student progress and skill throughout
summative) the duration of the practical.
Evaluation Students will continue with the TAFE SA sandwiches unit and will
for be completing a practical next week in which they must make 3
students. different variations of a sandwich.
Where to
next?
Evaluation The lesson ended up being a little crammed, but that was due to
of your a prior lesson running over time.
planning Despite the shortened lesson time, this plan worked really well.
The end plan had to be altered in order to get the students out of
the classroom on time. So, instead of plating up properly and
sitting at the bench to eat, students used take away bags and
took their food with them.
They were still required to show myself and the lesson teacher
their product before they packed it up.
Overall, this lesson worked out quite nicely.
