This being the mission of the facility, exist the following people with their respective obligations. On the top of the chart is

assistant director and administrative staff who have their particular job as well. Dividing into four other division security,

archives, accounting, and public relations. The basic accounts of the archives and accounting department is amassed by the record

keeper.

While the archive department who is the most active division is being oversight by chief film archivist, helped by the assistant

The last division which is the security and maintenance division, sees through the whole safety of the facility as well as ensuring

that all building systems are up, especially in the mechanical and electrical part for the protection of the film collections. There exists a

chief executive officer that deals with all of this, under him are the security guards, messengers, and utility men.
