Patrn Aejo was what you reached for, noting the caramel notes anteceded by the strong
oak and vanilla flavors.
The reason we are able to produce Patrn Aejo to those standards is our unique mixture
of flavors and our patented aging process to truly bring the flavors out from the
ingredients. The aging process has been tested and refined multiple times to produce the
best and most flavorful results.
Unfortunately if we were to alter the process in any way, we would not be able to
guarantee the best flavor and experience. There is an alternative that may suit you tastes
better since you are looking for a lighter touch of the flavors you cherish by perhaps
switching to Patrn Reposado. It offers the flavors you love at a more moderate levels as
to sweep you slowly into the experience you love.
The flavor of Patrn Reposado is boldly oaken with hints of golden honey with which it
is fermented. We would be happy to allow you to test the new flavor as a thank you for
