platform that ensures CSO development

z 3.Encouraging dialogues between various
parties (governments, donors, CSOs, UN
agencies and international CSOs) to build
understanding and support, and to reach a
multi-stakeholder agreement on the
importance of eliminating several critical
conditions that impede CSO effectiveness as
development actors
