TRAINING REPORT

GAUTAM BHATT

The importance of science in life cannot be over emphasized not because

of anything but simply we live in an age where every technological
discovery and innovation has something to do about science. In short if
science is properly handled and taught accordingly it is expected to
provide students with enough things to think about and encourage the
acquisition of necessary skills rather than resulting into memorization as
observed among the students.

Skills acquired during training.

Generally speaking, Skill development through Seminars, In-service
training or Workshops offer one of the most promising ways for
improving class room instruction. It is an attempt to assist the classroom
teachers/lecturers to improve on their teaching strategies, techniques,
handle new instructional materials or possessed the necessary
information and Skills that are required for effective lesson delivery. In
essence the dream of self-reliance, skill acquisition and entrepreneurship
trough education can only be realized through a well-defined programme
1) Inquiry and Integration in Education 2017
ThinQ focuses on the intellectual dimension:
increasing our capacity to use our mind
sharpening our awareness of the world around us and its problems
developing our inner potential
deepening and broadening our knowledge and
enhancing our intelligence.
It empowers us to learn on our own, to think and reason for ourselves, to
critically evaluate what is considered to be knowledge, and to discover
and construct knowledge on our own. It nurtures the abilities needed for
life-long learning, a mindset of intellectual curiosity, and a sense of our
own fallibility.
We seek to create a world where
the mind delights in discovery;
imagination and ideas connect knowledge and experience;
learners question and challenge;
learning is a joy; and
One lies awake at night reading a book or chewing on a problem, not
because it is a requirement, but because it has set the mind afire.
This in turn prepares us for a life of intellectual engagement, responsible
citizenship, and compassionate service.
