ABSTRACT

Basically, Nilai University has required each scholars to write an industrial training report
after they have done with their training. This report should be based on the standards and
requirement that have been set. A formal report is also required to be prepared by each
scholars after the completion of their training.

The main objective of preparing this report is to be aware of the type of job that has
been carried out by the scholars during their training in an organization. The preparation of
this report is vital for each scholars as it stands out as a proof of the work carried out during
their training. Besides that, this report can be also attached as a supporting document when
they are going for a job interview.

Addition to it, scholars are necessitate to write all their activities and task carried out
in a Log Book as a main reference in the completion of their industrial training. Scholars will
be able to achieve their objectives by preparing this report and also by carrying out a
presentation based on their training in an orderly manner.
CONCLUSION

Mainly, all universities require their pupils to go through the industrial training. This
industrial training has enable to give a great exposure of working experience to all scholars. It
is also coherent with the objectives and mission of Nilai University to introduce prospective
employees in the working world.

Throughout the three months industrial training in ON Semiconductor, I have ascertained

about how do organization deals with their staffs disputes and the action taken to overcome
it in an efficient and effective way. This eventually helps to build up a strong relationship
among the staffs and the management of the organization.

Addition to it, I have also recognized that working in an organization punctuality, personality
and also attendance to work is vital. Another thing that I realized that is really very important
is communication among the employees. This because a good communication among staffs
helps to create a contended working environment.

In an industry practice, employees should be able to work with the interns to provide them
assistance and also knowledge about the work carried out. This allows the interns to show up
the ability in carrying out the task given. I was also able to implement the knowledge that I
have learned in Nilai University during this training.

Based on my perspective, if there are any dispute or mistake done by the interns, it should be
reproached by the supervisor or other authorities so that the interns would not repeat it. In
overall, this company, ON Semiconductor has helped to gain knowledge and experience
which is really valuable. This working experience will assist me in getting a job later based
on my experience as a process engineer after my completion of my studies in Nilai
University. Hence, industrial training helps scholars to develop their skills and knowledge for
their future prospects.
