Summative Assessment
I did summative assessment on Tuesday 21st of February 2017. I did it for
five students. The assessment was a test including math and literacy
questions. Also, I used the flash cards to show children the words that
they need to read them. They also, have a cards of numbers. I showed
them the numbers and they have to identify it.

When students finish answering the questions. I recorded the grads on

the checklist and I wrote written report about the each child with my
MST.

I did also, the reading assessment for the students. The

assessment was about hearing students when they are
reading and writing comments for parents on the
reading book.

Formative assessment

During my teaching proactive, I applied two strategies

for the formative assessment. I used to apply the
check list and taking notes.
