all the experience, hands on supervision and dedication you can expect from 3 motivated women.
Over the years, the Business has gone from strength to strength and has acquired a reputation for service excellence,
speedy turnaround times and huge volume capacity.
We have the most modern and technologically advanced machinery available which increases our capacity and eciency
in order to accommodate a growing client base and oer an even wider range of services than before.

HEALTH AND SAFETY STATEMENT


We the Members give our full support and commitment to the Health and Safety Program and will Endeavour, through
personal participation and involvement to ensure that it is strictly adhered to at all time. All service levels of the Company
are hereby committed to this program which is aimed at complying with Occupational Safety Association's requirements.
The Company will strive towards a zero accident rate and accident free involvement.

Established Safety procedures will be adhered to and maintained in relations to developments and relevant to the work
undertaken. The responsible person shall ensure the implementation of the program.

The Company will liaise with the National Occupational Safety Association, of which it is a member, to promote safety as
a way of life in our entire Endeavour's and will NOZA publicity and training materials.

To achieve the above, training will be given to all personal in the implementation of the Safety Procedures as well as
induction to all the new employees utilized which will be include familiarization with the Health and Safety requirements of
client organization.

This Health and Safety policy Statement is proclaimed in terms of Section 7 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act,
Act 85 of 1993.

support by quality management system which performs to the SABS ISO 9001 International Standard.

SAFETY POLICY
Mining Health and Safety is one of many corporate functions that has to be acknowledged as
of prime importance and is part of the total function embracing our many responsibilities.

Mining Health and Safety are recognised by the company from the humanitarian, economic, legal and liability
point of view. O'Siyeza Cleaning Services believes that a good safety record is solid evidence of
responsiveness to employee needs, that in turn, generates higher morale and stronger employee loyalty,
leading to greater productivity and hence protability thus maintaining our image as leaders in the Mining
Contracting environment. We will also ensure that persons who are not employees but who may be directly
aected by the activities at the mine are protected.

O'Siyeza Cleaning Services has a legal responsibility to safeguard all its employees and the general public,
so far as reasonably practical, from injury, incidents or risk associated with its business activities.
O'Siyeza Cleaning Services safety objectives are:

- To ensure compliance with all relevant statutory safety requirements.

- To achieve the highest practical level of safety throughout the company.

Health and Safety Act, Minerals Act and Regulations / or any other Act relevant to its operations are complied
