Chronological Observations

We have tried to find someone who has mental problems that surround the Tanjung Malim. we

have observed some people who have been identified by the town residents that they have mental

problems. But we can not look more closely related to their mental, because they often disappear

and we can not know for sure that the direction where they had gone.

We have already found a woman we found she also has a mental problem. she age could

not be identified, but from the look on his face that we expect she 30s, but she never bothers

people around. At first we saw she was on the bike and am styling character like riding a

motorcycle. But the bike is the property of others. We found it in KTM Tanjung Malim. it is the

first time we saw it. The second time we saw him she dressed too sexy in KTM. We have already

made him as one who wants our observation. Therefore we are always ready to observe the area

if they see a glimpse of she, we will observe based mental model status examination (MSE), but

our hopes were destroyed after more than 8 times we try to do our observations we not see that

women.

One evening, when one of our friends go to town and see him playing in the hall next to

the bus stop. At this point he is as normal clothing. We had gathered to watch us watch her play

observe the MSE and also interviewed an uncle in a taxi to make sure she has a mental problem.

We got confirmation from my uncle drivers is that these women have mental problems. But I was

not interviewed in depth and only interview for verification only. We observe from 2 p.m to 7

p.m.

Observations By Mental Status Examination (MSE)

Based on the MSE, the level of awareness the client is in confusion. The nature of the client's self
