Born Again of the Spirit

John 3:1-5
1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, abbi, we !now that thou art a
teacher come from "od: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, e#ce$t "od be
with him%
3 Jesus answered and said unto him, &erily, 'erily, ( say unto thee, )#ce$t a man be born
again, he cannot see the !ingdom of "od%
* Nicodemus saith unto him, +ow can a man be born when he is old, can he enter the
second time into his mother-s womb, and be born,
5 Jesus answered, &erily, 'erily, ( say unto thee, )#ce$t a man be born of water and of the
.$irit, he cannot enter into the !ingdom of "od%

11 /or it is written, 0s ( li'e, saith the 1ord, e'ery !nee shall bow to me, and e'ery
tongue shall confess to "od%
John 1*:2
Jesus saith unto him, ( am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the /ather,
but by me%

22 1oo! unto me, and be ye sa'ed, all the ends of the earth: for ( am "od, and there is
none else%
23 ( ha'e sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall
not return, That unto me e'ery !nee shall bow, e'ery tongue shall swear%

shall men come5 and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed%
