Project envisages addition of 455MLD in conveyance capacity of raw water. It includes
Construction of water conveyance tunnel, TBM bored, concrete lined - Approx. 7 km long,
4.1 m diameter, including construction of new intake shaft (vertical drop-shaft type),
hexagonal in shape with each side 7 meter in length approx meter deep with three gated
inlets, outlet shaft, 6.5 meter dia. and 20.0 meter deep and M. S. Pipeline varying in size
between 900 mm dia. and 3000 mm dia., 600 m in length, construction of valve chambers,
etc. Project is partially funded by Central Govt. of India, under JNNURM and Govt. of
Maharashtra.

Co-ordination with design consultants and contractors to monitor and resolve various
day to day engineering issues.

Billing and quantity surveying (estimating and costing), analysis of rates, project
costing and budget control. Checking/Preparation of Monthly bills, Extra Items,
deviated Items, Substituted Items, Escalation as per the admissibility of claims.

Confirm Justification of rates submitted by vendors/contractors.
