How to make Ganesh rice cake/

Ingredients

o Rice flour : 1 cup


o Pepper: 1 tsp
o Ghee : 1 tsp
o Water : 1 cup
o Salt : A pinch
Preparation
Sieve the rice flour to remove the larger sized lumps and other
particles.
Add salt, ghee to water and boil it.
Pour this hot water mix into the rice powder and knead well to
make smooth dough, without lumps.
Make big lemon sized balls out of this dough. For Ganeshs head &
Torso.
Make some rolls for arms, trunk and tusk.
Stack the balls and shape them into your favorite ganesh form ( Use
photo or idols as reference).
Use pepper for eye balls.
Steam the Ganesh cake, use a tooth pick or fork to check whether it
is cooked.
Ganesh cake is ready for worship and prasad.
