ORDER ON NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT

THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Plaintiffs Notice of Settlement and Motion for

Clarification of Courts April 26, 2017 Order [DE 15], filed herein on May 8, 2017. The Notice

[DE 15] states that the case has settled. Regarding the request for clarification, now that the case

has settled, it is not necessary for the parties to file a Joint Scheduling Report. The Court has

carefully considered the Notice [DE 15] and is otherwise fully advised in the premises.

Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties shall file the

appropriate dismissal documents on or before June 2, 2017.

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Ft. Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida this
