9. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
a. All applicants must complete the application form attaching their recent passport size
photograph.
b. All applicants should submit this application with a non refundable amount of Rs 1250/- to
Kathmandu University
c. Certified copies of original transcripts (high school onwards) should be submitted along with
the application form.
d. Applicants should prepare themselves to sit for an admission Test/Interview.

e. A voucher of Rs 1250/- , should be attached along with the application.

10. SUBMISSION

sequence to dcge@ku.edu.np.
2) Hard copies of all the documents above should be delivered to the Departmental Office or
posted to the following address. Mention Application for MESTR (2015-2017) on the top of
the Front Side of Envelope.
