Visitor Receipts. Estimated inbound receipts for the month of November amounted to about Php15.78 billion for
US$321.07 million.

The Average Daily Expenditure (ADE) of visitors for the month in review is Php 4,402.81. On the other hand, the reported
Average Length of Stay (ALoS) of tourists is registered at 8.68 nights while Average per Capita Expenditure of visitors for
the month is pegged at Php 38,216.42.

Visitors from Korea are still the top spending market with an aggregate spent of Ph5.65 billion for the month of November.
Visitors from the U.S.A. followed with an accumulated spending of about Php 1.98 billion. Visitors from Japan have spent
an estimated of Php 1.47 billion. Australia claimed the fourth spot with receipts amounting to about Php 776.68 million.
Completing the top five spending markets is United Kingdom with an estimated expenditure of Php 596.72 million.

Among the top twelve markets of the country, Korea registered the highest per capita expenditure. In average, a visitor
from Korea has spent Php 44,334.15 while in the country. Visitors from United Kingdom recorded the second biggest per
capita spending of Php 43,250.30. Australia followed with Php 39,590.30 per capita expenditure. Other top markets with
high per capita spending include Canada with Php 36,845.80, Japan with Php 34,668.91 and USA with Php29,155.33.

Visitor Arrivals. Inbound visitors for November 2016 surged to 482,350 arrivals, registering an impressive growth of
17.11% from the 411,868 visitor count in November last year. It can be noted that the volume is the highest achieved by

the month of November which has an average arrivals of a little over 300,000 in the past ten years, except in 2015 when
it crossed the 400,000 volume. So far, the month in review recorded the third highest growth in 2016, following the
month of February with a growth of 20.42% and June with a yield of 17.58%.

By regional grouping, East Asia provided the biggest influx of tourists with 244,274 arrivals, constituting 50.64% of the
total. This figure increased significantly by a double-digit growth of 21.61% when compared to its 200,871 arrivals in
November 2015. Korea, Japan and China which belong to this region accounted for 45.24% of the total volume.

Visitor count from North America reached 83,179, a share of 17.24% to the total tourist traffic. A double-digit increase was
likewise achieved by this region at its volume also rose significantly by 22.43% compared to its arrivals of 67,940 for the
same month in 2015. Countries of the ASEAN region comprised 8.16% share of the total traffic base which generated
39,370 arrivals.

Comprising the largest bulk of arrivals are countries from Asia, with 61.13% of the total volume or 294,876 visitors.
Arrivals from North and South Americas accounted for 17.44% of total inbound traffic corresponding to 84,104 tourists. On
the other hand, arrivals from Europe reached a total of 54,389 (11.28%) while some 25,205 arrivals (5.23%) were from
Australasia/Pacific.

Arrivals by Port of Entry. Air arrivals comprised 98.62% of the total inbound visitors, equivalent to 475,685 visitors.

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport, the primary port of entry of the country, welcomed 66.59% of the total inbound
traffic equivalent to 321,181 arrivals. For the major airports in Central Philippines, 87,826 visitors (18.21%) arrived at
Mactan-Cebu International Airport while 46,032 visitors (9.54%) entered through Kalibo International Airport. Clark
International Airport, a major gateway of Luzon, recorded 17,312 visitors while the rest of the airports welcomed
3,334 arrivals.

Visitor Markets, November 2016. Seven of the top ten markets showed double-digit gains for this month. The Korean

market supplied 127,547 arrivals, registering a significant increase of 21.09% vis--vis its arrivals of 105,330 in November
last year. USA remained at second place with its arrival contribution of 67,840, 22.34% higher than its volume of 55,451 in
November 2015. China provided 48,203 visitor arrivals, with an impressive growth of 29.13% relative to its 37,329 arrivals
for the same month last year. Meanwhile, Japan occupied the fourth spot by contributing 42,506 arrivals with 19.36%
increase vis--vis its volume of 35,612 visitors a year ago.

Australia is steady at fifth place after reclaiming the spot from Taiwan last month with 19,618 visitor count. Taiwan
followed with 16,905 arrivals, up by 26.17% from the 13,399 arrivals in November of the previous year. Canada rose to
7 th spot by providing 15,035, showing a high growth of 23.28%. Completing the top ten markets are Singapore with
14,849 arrivals, United Kingdom with 13,797 arrivals (+16.24%), and Malaysia with 11,844 arrivals.

Visitor Receipts. Total earnings gained from tourism activities from January to November 2016 aggregated to about Php
210.76 billion (or US$4.5 billion). This recorded a gain of 3.24% versus the Php 204.14 billion earnings for the same period
in 2015. The month of February recorded the biggest receipts of Php 27.49 billion, as well as, the highest growth of
42.09%.

Visitor Arrivals. The country has already garnered a total of 5,390,367 visitors, surpassing the year-end arrivals in 2015
of 5,360,682. This volume is 12.12% higher than the accumulated 4,807,680 arrivals for the same period last year.
Consistent growth is observed through the months with double-digit gains from January to July, except for the month of
May, and in November. The biggest volume was recorded in July while the highest growth was registered in the month of
February.

Asia has already delivered 3,309,347 arrivals, posting a market share of 61.39%. Huge segment came from East Asia with
2,782,585 arrivals (51.62%) while the remaining fragments came from the ASEAN with 424,449 arrivals (7.87%) and South
Asia with 102,313 arrivals.
The Americas accumulated a total of 934,553 arrivals, a slice of 17.34% from the total visitor traffic. On the other hand,
554,424 visitors (10.29%) were recorded from Europe while 280,711 arrivals (5.21%) came from the Australasia/Pacific.

Visitor Markets, January to November 2016. Korea is the biggest visitor-generating market with arrivals summing up to
1,331,701 for 2016, covering 24.71% of the total. The United States of America remained as the second top source with
an aggregate 771,849 visitor arrivals, corresponding to 14.32% of the total.

China, the third biggest market, supplied 630,327 arrivals, a share of 11.69% to the total inbound traffic. Japan followed
with visitor count of 491,261, forming 9.11% of the total volume. Australia still claimed the fifth spot with 218,438 arrivals,
comprising 4.05% of the total.

Catching up to Australia is Taiwan with 213,522 arrivals (+30.25%). Singapore followed by bringing a total of 161,194
visitors. Showing consistent double-digit growth are United Kingdom with 153,709 arrivals (+13.62%) and Canada with
151,770 arrivals (+14.03%). Completing the top ten is Malaysia with 128,077 visitor count while Hongkong and India were
steady at the 11 th and 12 th spot, respectively.

Among the top 12 markets, China showed the highest upsurge of arrivals by 39.08% followed by Taiwan with 30.25%
growth.

High growth markets, January to November 2016. In addition to the top twelve markets, countries with substantial
growth in visitor volume are Saudi Arabia with 53,660 arrivals (+11.75%), and European countries such as: Germany with
76,282 arrivals (+16.12%), France with 49,316 (+22.05%), Spain with 28,623 arrivals (+33.30%), Netherlands with
28,084 arrivals (+11.40%), Sweden with 21,521 arrivals (+19.12%), Italy with 22,246 arrivals (+18.20%), and Denmark
with 15,972 arrivals (+21.16%).
