The World Congress organized by the International Pharmaceutical

Students Federation, the IPSF World Congress, is the biggest event for
pharmacy students and recent graduates on the world. Since 1949, every
year this event is hosted in different countries around the world and reunites
more than 400 students from over 80 diverse nationalities.

It is an event of academic excellence and also an opportunity of cultural


growth for the participants since they coexist with their pairs during 10 days.

During the IPSF World Congress of 2016, celebrated in Harare - Zimbabwe,


the Asociacin de Estudiantes de Farmacia de la Repblica Argentina
(AEFRA) was chosen to host the 64th IPSF World Congress to be held in
2018 and our country - Argentina - will be the amphitryon of this
international level event. The place chosen will be the beautiful and
captivating city of Mendoza.
The Asociacin de Estudiantes de Farmacia de la Repblica Argentina (AEFRA), was
founded the 15th October 2012 by a group of pharmacy students from the National
University of San Luis, and today represents more than 350 pharmacy students from
different universities across the country, such as Maimnides University - Buenos
Aires, National University of the Chaco Austral - Chaco, National University of Tucumn
- Tucumn, National University of La Rioja - La Rioja, and Juan Agustn Maza University
- Mendoza.

AEFRA is a full member of the International Pharmaceutical Students Federation


(IPSF), organization that was founded in London in the year 1949 and that currently
groups more than 80 countries worldwide and more than 350.000 pharmacy students
and recent graduates.

To lead processes for academic and personal development from all
our members, through educational, social and cultural activities,
searching to benet the national pharmaceutical community and the
general population.

To promote the integration and representation of the pharmacy students,


consolidating a sense of belonging to pharmacy union.
To impulse the research, art, sport, academic formation and volunteer
work, during the different years of the Pharmacy career, as long as it is
for the benet of the student community.
To raise the academic, scientic, cultural and human level of its members, to
favor their integral formation.
To make aware about the social role of the pharmaceutical profession
in the country and the active role of pharmacists that, since their
formation, can be implemented for the solution of problems.
To develop and execute activities for the promotion of health, prevention of
diseases and the rational use of medicines, which will have impact in the
communities that the association can access.
To encourage the relations of the members with pharmacists and other
professionals that contribute to the integral development and
continuous improvement of the pharmacy profession

The Sponsor will count with a place to set a main stand in the main hall of the ngel Bustelo Auditorium
and one business banner up to 3 m2 (32,29 sq ft) size.
The main conferences room of the Congress will be named with the Sponsors name during every day of
the Congress.
The Sponsor logo will appear in all the printed material of the Congress with a size of 30% of the total
space: press background, folders, brochures, ofcial banners, etc. It also will appear in a prominent
space of videos in social networks and advertising ads.
The Sponsor logo will appear exclusively, projected on the main screen in the intermissions of the
conferences during 20 seconds.
The Sponsor will be mentioned in all the interviews in television, radio and graphic media.
The Sponsor will have a distinguish mention on the Opening and Closing of the Event.
The Sponsor advertising material will be handed over to the participants together with the Congress
material.
The Sponsor will have a space to reproduce on the main screen an advertising ad up to 30 seconds,
during the long intermissions of the conferences.

The Sponsor will count with a place in the Lunch area to set one business banner up to 3 m2 (32 sq ft) size.
The Sponsor logo will appear in all the printed material of the Congress with a size of 2,5% of the total space:
press background, folders, brochures, ofcial banners, etc.
The Sponsor logo will appear projected on the secondary screens in the Lunch intermissions during 20
seconds.
The Sponsor will have a special mention on the previous moment to the Lunch.
The Sponsor will have a space to reproduce an advertising ad up to 30 seconds, during the Lunch.

Sponsor Coffee Break El Nihuil: N 2 (two) quota


The Sponsor will count with a place in the Lunch area to set one business banner up to 3 m2 (32 sq ft) size.
The Sponsor logo will appear in all the printed material of the Congress with a size of 2,5% of the total space:

The Sponsor logo will appear projected on the secondary screens in the Coffee Break intermissions during
20 seconds.
The Sponsor will have a special mention on the previous moment to the Coffee Break.

Sponsor of Merchandising Laguna del Diamante: M 1 (one) quota
It is going to be the sponsor which its contributions will be destined to pay the expenses of manufacture and
printing on shirts of Staff and purchase of elements of merchandising own of the congress (T-shirts, caps,
cups, souvenirs of Mendoza). In addition it must provide a combo of regional products (alfajores, sweets,
crafts, etc.) to be given to the speakers.
This category has an exclusive stand for selling regional products to the participants of the event and / or
deliver promotional material of the institution in the area of merchandising.
The Sponsor will have an exclusive place in the Staff T-shirt and merchandising sale in the back in the back
that will occupy 20% of the total size.
The sponsor may place its own corporative banner in the area of accreditation in a size up to 3 m2. (32 sq ft.)
Sponsor may show a promotional spot with lenght of no more than 10 seconds, which will be played during
lunch and coffee breaks.

Sponsor Vendimia: V 1(one) quota


It will be granted absolute exclusivity in the item "Wineries and wines"A space to build your own stand and sell
your products.Your logo will appear in all the material of the congress with a size of 5% of the total space:
Press background, folders, brochures, banners, etc.Sponsor can show a promotional spot of no more than
10 seconds, which will be played during lunch and coffee breaks.The event "Fiesta de la Vendimia" will be
held in its Winery on July 31, 2018.Visit to your winery during the Argentinian day, August 4, 2018.
Requirements:
10 boxes of wines to present as a present to our speakers and special guests.
Cover the expenses of the social event "Fiesta de la Vendimia":Transportation round trip to the winery
from downtown Mendoza. Departure: 9:30 p.m. Return: 01:30 p.m.
Decoration of the place.
Pay Music and municipal taxes.

Collaborators "Huarpes":Those institutions that support and collaborate with the event, covering expenses of
different activities carried out such as Public Health Campaign, social events, paperwork expenses, party stuff
and material for participants.

Institutional Support: Public and private institutions that, through their public status, support the congress
through resolutions and / or decrees that confer academic value to the event are considered in this category. In
case of being able to contribute economically, with materials that are useful for the congress or providing a
lecturer for the Congress, they are considered Sponsor and will be classied according to the aforementioned
classication.
