Goal: The goal of my action research inquiry is to train the English Language Arts
department’s teachers in “The Structure of a Learning Team” as described by Harry K.
Wong in The First Days of School in order follow the program in meetings and measure

Final Evaluation Process: through the data from District Benchmarks, teacher surveys, and
student surveys, I will be able to perceive if the action research project met its goal and if the
program is viable for our teacher satisfaction and overall student success.
