Accommodation

As the Conference Venue is located on the Anatolian (Asian) side of Istanbul, the
Organization Committee advises the participants to prefer a hotel on the same side. Please do
not underestimate the traffic congestion in Istanbul.

Participants are kindly requested to book their accommodations. A list of partner hotels with a
special rate for the conference is given below.

Travelling between these hotels and the conference venue takes on average 20-30 minutes (15
km).
The schedule for the bus shuttles to/from the campus will be announced as soon as possible.
During the congress days, there will be two shuttles between the partner hotels and campus
for free (from the hotel to the campus in the morning and from campus to the hotel in the
afternoon). There will be an information board/desk at each hotel with the bus shuttle
schedule.

Note: Free hotel-campus transfer is valid only for the guests accommodating in one of the
partner hotels indicated above. The guests staying at Marma Hotel do not need any shuttle as
the hotel is located inside the campus.

Airports

There are two international airports in Istanbul. Atatrk Airport is located on the European
side and Sabiha Gken Airport is located on the Asian Side.

Atatrk Airport - Maltepe University Campus: 60 km / 60 90 minutes (depending on traffic)

Sabiha Gken Airport Maltepe University Campus: 30 km / 30 45 minutes (depending on

traffic)

Airport Shuttle

For IVR 2017 participants, an airport shuttle will be allocated every two hours during 15-16
July from both airports to the partner hotels. The same service will be available during 22-23
July between the partner hotels and both airports.

The airport shuttle prices are as follows:

One-way transfer between partner hotel and Ataturk Airport (30 EUR)
Two-way transfer between partner hotel and Ataturk Airport (50 EUR)
One-way transfer between partner hotel and S. Gokcen Airport (20 EUR)
Two-way transfer between partner hotel and S. Gokcen Airport (30 EUR)

These prices are per person. This service is valid only for transfers to/from partner hotels.
Private transfer requests are on demand and subject to a surcharge.
