VII. Identify Criteria: Learners will end the training by filling out an online survey. The

questions will be if the training met the needs of the learners, was the training

informative and helpful for now and the future. Would the learners recommend this

training to others!

improvements in course design. These will identify what works and what does not

work in the design.
