2 All transportation systems are "electrical" and don't have any combustion engines. In principle, fuel cell driven engines could be
included, if propelled by hydrogen, syngas (H2/CO) fuel, or methanol produced from syngas that is generated within the community.
This option needs to be explored further to see whether a change in technology results in overall higher use of fuel value.

The planning for extensive public electric transportation belt systems for persons and goods combined with (above-ground) public
