Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2), Plaintiffs Innvoative Display

Technologies LLC and Delaware Display Group LLC (Plaintiffs) and Defendants Lenovo

Holding Co., Inc. and Lenovo (United States) Inc. (collectively, Defendants) hereby agree,

subject to the approval of the Court, as follows:

1. The claims for patent infringement brought by Plaintiffs, and the claims and

defenses raised by Defendants, shall be dismissed WITH PREJUDICE; and

2. Each party is to bear its own costs, expenses, and attorneys fees.
