QUITCLAIM AND RELEASE

For and in consideration of the amount indicated opposite my / our receipts is hereby
released and discharged the ROMAIEV TRADING INC. and / or its officer from any claims,
liabilities or accountabilities and other related benefits.

I, PRINCESS ANTONETTE G. DE CASTRO of legal age residing at 38 GENERAL

P. BORROMEO ST., LONGOS, MALABON CITY for and in consideration of the amount
of NINETEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE AND 17/100 (Php
19,579.17) do hereby release and discharge ROMAIEV TRADING INC. aforesaid
company/corporation and its officer/s, person/s from any money claims by way of unpaid
wages ,separation pay, overtime pay or otherwise ,as may due to me in connection with my past
employment with the aforementioned company /corporation ,its officers /persons.

I am executing this Quitclaim and Release, freely and voluntarily before this office
without any force or duties, and as part of the settlement reached during the conciliation
mediation process conducted in the ROMAIEV TRADING INC. MAIN OFFICE
located at 3/F Goodwill Building, 393 Senator Gil Puyat Avenue,
Bel-Air, Makati, Manila.

In witness hereof I/WE hereunto set my/our hands this 27th Day of APRIL
2017 in the Province of Manila, Makati City.
