Form , DIV table and CSS

Suppose you have been assigned a task to design UOGIS, (University of Gujrat
Information System). You will make four pages.
1. First Page will contain the student information (Your UOG ID, Name, Semester, CGPA etc.).
2. Second Page will contain the information (Subject Codes and Titles) of subjects which you are studying
in the current semester.
3. Third page will contain the information about your university.
4. Fourth page will contain a form that student will use to communicate with their university. This form
 will have Different fields as shown below.

Note 1 : That all four pages should be linked with each other using hyperlinks.
Note 2: Make your pages beautifull with colors and images. (Beautification of pages carry
marks)

Note 3: You will take screen shot of each of your page and put them in
Microsoft Word file and submit that file.
