October 2016 Model Radar Implementation using ARM7LPC2148

Radar is an object detection system which uses electromagnetic waves speci-
fically radio waves to determine the range, altitude, direction, or speed of
both moving and fixed objects.
In this project I am used the Ultrasonic sensor on the antenna will produce
ultrasonic waves to sense the object. Ultrasonic sensor range is about 6
meters (600cm). Here total 5 sensors are used 4 are for finding the target
direction and 1 is for finding target distance.
These ultrasonic sensors are always monitor the area by sending and
receiving signals, Direction and distance of the object are displayed in LCD
display continuously and monitored by radar.
In this project presents radar modal target direction identifier with remote
station alert system is been designed and implemented with ARM7 processor
and LPC2148 controller and Keil software tool in embedded system
domain.
I have shown this project, that it can be used for the long rang and high
penetration capacity, can often select fastest target, and very flexible it can
be used number of ways like stationary, moving, and two direction mode
also.

July 2013 Self Immunity to Improve Register File Integrity Against Soft Error

Increase the vulnerability of Microprocessors against soft error in Terrestrial

Applications.
In these project we introduces Self-Immunity, a technique that improves the
integrity of the register file with respect to soft errors.
Deals with the difficulty to exploit this obvious observation to enhance the
register file integrity against soft errors.
We show that our technique can reduce the vulnerability of the register file
considerably while exhibiting smaller overhead in terms of area and power
consumption compared to state-of-the-art in register file protection.
