You know for yourself when you explained that you only investigate cases where there is
large amounts of money involved and the York Region Police explained that my
irrefutable evidence that I was defrauded over $100,000 witnessed, documented and
recorded by a judicator in a public building financed by the people to administer and
enforce laws consistent with the Constitution conducive to every individual’s guaranteed
Charter rights of equal protection and benefits did not meet the “Threshold” for them to
proceed before the courts

The only viable way of present knowledge to protect every individual equally prior to
becoming a victim is to consistently administer due punishment with exemplary
attentiveness to deterrence.

The government personnel have an obvious obligation to let the criminal element know
they cannot come into our court system and bullshit or commit crimes in the courts face
which is an obvious screw the people and the Constitution attitude demonstrated by the
legal system with great effort to cover it up aiding and abetting the criminal.

YRP Inspector Michael Fleming met with me after persistent refusal to accept the YRP
decision that my irrefutable evidence did not meet the “Threshold” that they have refused
to explain the terminology, but obviously used instead of the terminology “2 Tier” which
the people of the Lower Tier frown on obviously because it is 180 degrees adverse to
every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits of the law.

So Michael F. immediately explained that he had no doubt that Don Wilson (Bio Safe)
was a conman precisely as the evidence showed, however he is not a conman according
to the law to which I retorted “Doesn’t make sense” and he gave a little laugh and said
that he knew but they learn early in their career that the law has nothing to do with
common sense.

expect that you will consult with OPP Commissioner Julian Fantino and perhaps the
other crooks Attorney General Chris Bentley or his agents or may believe you have
reason to consult with the federal crooks DOJ and follow their advice believing that will
get you off the hook.

though I shouldn’t need to remind you, however due the incomprehensible insanity of
you people who sell your common sense for money to aid in the ransacking of the people

I had the same difficulty with the government personnel in the Legal Survey sector where
policies and standards are passed on from generation to generation without a clear
understanding of the law and they have efficiently screwed up the entire property line
structure of the entire City of Toronto and in fact all of Canada because of the ignorance
of the Ontario Land Surveyors Association which I have thoroughly documented which
costs the taxpayers and property owners far more than necessary.

They are incompetent and only interested in counting the days to their retirement.

In fact years ago to keep their business flourishing they convinced the banks that they
needed a survey for every property they provide loans on increasing the cost of the house
by a thousand bucks already overly priced which the banks profit by using the Canadian
peoples money to provide loans to the developers who include the interest charges in the
purchase price and then the purchaser pays interest again on that … all detrimental to
society as a whole and then the tax payers bailed them out when the legal profession that
has infested the political world and infested and invested the corporate world manipulated
the markets and all the money vanished into their numbered accounts as I suspect is the
beginning of the Bilderberg New World Order that you can read about on my

Their end is on the near horizon and you have the opportunity to be a hero by simply
doing your job.

Arrest the Ontario Attorney General and get the show on the road.

Failure to do so having been provided the irrefutable evidence will find you standing with
him when the most severest punishment will be administered consistent with the
Constitution with exemplary support to every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of
equal protection and benefits to assure they are protected prior to being victimized.

You needn’t bother giving the “who has jurisdiction” run around spiel again

In previous correspondence I informed the OPP that the York Regional Police have
cooperated with the conspiracy and the OPP write back they have jurisdiction in these
matters and cannot intervene unless the York Regional Police request the help of the
OPP.

The “Roles and Responsibilities of the Attorney General” states that the police can
consult with him or his agents but ultimately it is up to the police to lay charges, however
if they do it is then up to the Attorney General to decide whether or not to proceed.

Obviously inconsistent with sanity or the Constitution, hardly conducive to every

individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits or is their version
of that most elusive rule of law a well established legal principle, but hard to easily define
by the deviate propagates of the Law Society, but we the people who the rule of law is
supposed to protect know for fact they are ASSHOLES.

The Wikipedia is not so precise in that matter.
