Unit 2: Image Enhancement (10)
Enhancement in Spa al Domain: basic gray level transforma ons, histogram processing, equaliza on, Arithme c and logical opera ons between images, Basics of spa al ltering, smoothening and sharpening spa al lters, Image Enhancement in frequency Domain: smoothening and sharpening frequency domain lters, Fundamental of color image processing: color models, RGB, CMY, YIQ, HIS, Pseudo Color Image processing: Intensity ltering, gray level to color transforma on, Basics of full color image processing.
