This program is used to update the RC-300 system software to the most recent version.
2. Hold down the RHYTHM [ EDIT ] button and [ TAP TEMPO ] button and switch on the
power.
The left display will show the current version number at "Ver"

Bug Fixes
The following bugs Were fixed.
Some personal computers might not recognize the device connected with the USB 3.0 port.
Other USB equipments might not work when a personal computer rebooted with connecting
the device via the USB 3.0 port.
When you save a phrase memory after recording in the specific procedures, it might save
an unintended sound.

Some noises might occur on a USB Audio signal.
RC-300 might hang up when you switch an effect patch.

Bug Fix
The following bug is fixed.
RC-300 might stop working with the " Too Busy! " message on the display when it was
switched from "REC" to "PLAY" on the "Memory:Single Tr Play=ON" setting.
We regret that we are unable to answer questions regarding the update procedure using
this system program. Please perform the update responsibly, following the directions
given in this document.
Note:
You must not rename the extracted files.
Never turn off the RC-300's power while the update is in progress. Otherwise the system
program or the RC-300 itself may be destroyed.
2. Hold down the RHYTHM [ON/OFF] button and [TAP TEMPO] button and switch on
the power.
The message "RC-300 Updater" will appear on the display.
3. Connect the computer to the RC-300's USB port with a USB cable.
The message "Connected." will appear on the display.

5. Copy (drag and drop) all the files included in the "rc300_sys_v105" folder into the
"BOSS_RC-300" icon.
* Do not copy the rc300_sys_v105 folder. Copy the individual update files within the
folder.
[ Mac OS ]
Drag the Drive icon of the USB memory into the trash in the dock and then remove the
USB memory from your computer.
8. The message "Completed." will appear on the display when the update process
completes.
