Re: Government Organized Crime

Well it has been quite a maze the Federal and Ontario governments have led me in search of that most
elusive Justice consistent with the Constitution conducive to every individual’s guaranteed Charter
rights of equal protection and benefits.
You guys must have had quite a laugh all the while knowing there was no such thing.

I began sending you the evidence along with all the other parties prior to you becoming Prime Minister
and I even had the opportunity to test some of the new commissions and the Federal Ombudsman
Victims of Crime introduced under the federal Accountability Act that you enacted in 2006, but they
were not able to help any more than the rest of the entire illegitimate legal system personnel under the
advisement of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada who you appointed and the
Ontario Attorney General who the Premier Dalton McGuinty appointed.

The fact is as the evidence irrefutably proves the government members of the Law Societies who hold
every position of authority have structured the system conducive to the luxurious benefit of their
members of nefarious bent designed to ransack society and protect them from the people.

“There were no dates in this history, but scrawled this way and that across every page were the words
BENEVOLENCE, RIGHTEOUSNESS and MORALITY…finally I began to make out what was
written between the lines; the whole volume was filled with a single phrase: EAT PEOPLE”

Every time pressure is put on you people you administer another Act seemingly to deal with the issues
complained about, but it never occurs to you to actually deal with the problem because that would put
the conspiracy out of business.

The Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada and the Ontario Attorney General did their
jobs consistent with the Constitution conducive to every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights as
“guardians of the public interest” defined in the “Roles and Responsibilities of the Attorney General”
so far as its consistency with the Constitution there would have been no need to cover up the
unscrupulous manner their offices have irresponsibly administered with the federal Accountability Act
intended only to mask the conspiracy and quell the onslaught of people’s complaints.

It is the consistency of the government members of the Law Society as they created a legal system
inconsistent with the Constitution to the extent the moral majority cannot access it and thus does not
meet the terms necessary to support every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights.

No need to expand on this that has been reiterated upon reiteration in the evidence published on the
Charter Democracy Force web site www.cdf.name and affiliate sites referenced thereon.

You have been informed of this repeatedly along with other prominent government members whose e-
mail addresses are in the AAAAALIST document.

The thought has occurred to me that perhaps you personally have not had the opportunity to study the
evidence and have left that up to your staff and most likely the Minister of Justice and Attorney
General of Canada Robert Nicholson and prior to that Vic Toews.

I now draw your attention to the RCMP Final Letter of Disposition web site
http://groups.google.com/group/rcmp-final-letter-of-disposition requesting you review the evidence
yourself and address the issues in a manner to restructure the legal consistent with the Constitution
which is mandatory being the supreme law of Canada that recognized the supremacy of God whether or
not He exists or whether or not one believes He exists.

The governments’ method of dealing with improprieties just expands the conspiracy empire to the
humongous detriment of the taxpayer and the safety and wellbeing of every individual as guaranteed by
the Charter.

The evidence irrefutably shows they never intended to support the individual’s Charter rights but the
Constitution demands they do as it demands every person to be in compliance with it and the reason for
law and order to punish those people who refuse to obey.

Punishment attentive to deterrence is the only viable means known to humankind today and though the
legal system is set up to punish I must stress that it is the criminal element that needs the
encouragement to comply.

We the people with sane moral thought and reason applied to what the evidence reveals cannot and will
not knowingly finance the government organized crime covering their entire overhead, providing them
with buildings and staff to ransack us at will.

The evidence shows the members of the Law Societies have deliberately left us unprotected to provide
them with a steady flow of victims allowing the criminal element to flourish where the majority go
unprosecuted simply because they illegally extort money from the victims when they attempt to assert
their rights

24. (1) Anyone whose rights or freedoms, as guaranteed by this Charter, have been infringed or
denied may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain such remedy as the court
considers appropriate and just in the circumstances.

You need not bother telling me this is how it has always been for history attests as well as the evidence
published on the web sites however “The Spirit of the Law” provides the people the legal option to
discontinue it and why in the hell wouldn’t they.

The entire system, along with laws policies, regulations and ordinary practice are inconsistent with the
Constitution and have no force or effect as to their inconsistencies.

52. (1) The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and any law that is inconsistent
with the provisions of the Constitution is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect.

On behalf of the people of the Constitution of Canada I demand you commence immediately to make
things right consistent with the Constitution priority one to exemplary support of every individual’s
guaranteed Charter rights.

It seems to me that you should not have any trouble getting the attention of the media to bring it to the
attention of the Canadian populous that after extensive and exhaustive study of the published evidence
you have come to realize that you have been duped along with the rest of us and now are full speed
ahead to make things right consistent with the Constitution that provides you the authority and
demands due diligence to a system structured for the benefit of the people, not for the benefit of the
organized crime perpetrated by the members of the Law Society.

The 2 part Law Society of Upper Canada document is sufficient proof these people are not in, of and
with “The Spirit of the Law”
