The legal profession has created an unconstitutional legal system under the leadership of
the Office of the Attorney General having no regard for the individual’s guaranteed
Charter Rights and Freedoms being One for the Money….Two for the Show .

The Office of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada appears to be the
principal player in the conspiracy against the people whereas I have provided a preponderance
of evidence to a prodigious number of government personnel referenced in the documents
published on the aforesaid web site and have informed them all of the web sites where the
documents can be found should they have misplaced the documents which I have distributed
over the past 2 and ½ years but not one person felt obligated to deal with the issues and quite
frankly didn’t.

On November 8 2007 I filed with the Commission For Public Complaints Against the RCMP
for refusing to investigate the government corruption and conspiracy and the Commission
immediately forwarded the complaint under two File Nos. PC-2007-2316 and 7 and the RCMP
Professional Standards Unit acknowledged receipt of the complaint in a letter dated November
16 2007 File 2007-1355445 and according to the Complaints Commission the RCMP
Commissioner is required to provide me with a status report every 30 days thereafter so perhaps
it is in the mail.

The corruption and conspiracy is so deeply entrenched throughout the system that the police
forces have just accepted it as “How it is” as Detective Sergeant Randy Craig of the OPP Anti-
Rackets offered either implicating them in on the conspiracy or demonstrating their
incompetence to comprehend just what is going on.

Likewise Sgt Steinebach of the RCMP refused to take the evidence on October 18 2007 which
was also witnessed by my mother.
I had been e-mailing the evidence to Michael Thomson and Sgt. Steinebach admitted that he
knew of me a half hour into our meeting when I asked him. He stated a file had been opened
and the evidence coming to them by e-mail had all been filed but he refused to investigate.

in what I might expect in the RCMP Commissioner’s report where the corruption and
conspiracy is so embedded that it just has been a way of life which has acquiesced into the

I was told by YRP Inspector Michael Flemming that the police are taught early in their careers
that the law has nothing to do with common sense which should have been their first clue

many scandals are attended to.

Like the Standing Committee on Public Accounts looking into the RCMP Pension Fund scandal
which revealed improprieties of the RCMP upper command which was eventually linked to the
DOJ.

At that point a Public Inquiry was in order but the PC’s shut it down with Stockwell Day
Minister of Public Safety highly involved there and no doubt the DOJ and the Prime Minister
were behind it.

Stockwell demonstrated quite well what Confucius knew 2500 years ago when he said

PEOPLE”

the private and public sectors emphasizing the disparity in wages and benefits with the public
sector having shorter hours, no pressure to produce and security of jobs where they have decent
