The courses will be interactive and the good answers and comments provided will be counted too as active
participation (max 15 points).
Very important!!!!! If the exam mark is below 30 points (50% of the exam mark) all the other points
wont be added.

II. Seminar
You will be provided additional direction throughout the semester. Your input is strongly encouraged and always
welcomed.

Test
Test will generally consist of open questions or/and problems, it will last approximately 30-45 minutes during
one seminar. You will be notified at least one week before.

Seminar projects
The project should be individually or in 2 person teams maximum and will be presented only on the scheduled
date; non-observance of the date means the loss of the 15 points; the paper should be around ten pages long,
single-spaced with a cover sheet containing the title, date, and the instructor and authors names. The paper
should be based on a case-study and reflect your knowledge gathered during the course and the way in which it
is used (credit analysis for juridical persons, leasing, factoring etc). All papers are required to be submitted in
word processing format.

You will receive 7 points for the written part of your project and 8 points for the presentation ; bibliography
(at least 10 sources, in Harvard Style), graphics and tables, conclusions and personal opinions are required. You
will use a PowerPoint containing around 10 slides to present the project. Free presentation is strongly required.

You have almost 15 minutes to present your project and 5 minutes to answer the teacher or your colleagues
questions. Your final mark for the project will reflect the way in which your presentation stimulates the
audiences questions. Be prepared to participate meaningfully in the discussion of the project to obtain points for
Active participation.

Assignments
The schedule is subject to amendment by the instructor during the semester. It is the students responsibility to
