Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Monday, May 15, 2017, the Senate proceed to executive
session to resume consideration of the nomination of Jeffrey A. Rosen, of Virginia, to be Deputy Secretary of
Transportation; further, that the time until 5:30 p.m. be divided equally in the usual form and that
notwithstanding Rule XXII, the pending cloture motions ripen at 5:30 p.m.
Ordered further, That with respect to the vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Jeffrey
A. Rosen, of Virginia, to be Deputy Secretary of Transportation, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII
be waived.
Ordered further, That with respect to the vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Rachel
