You need to explain the new services/product for
business you are planning to do.
You need to identify general/SMART targets and
performance measures for the new service.
You need identify how to measure this target.
Remember the example I have gave to you for
New course in NCL college. (To attract 200
students)
List legal and regulatory requirements of the new service,
including tax, insurance and business operations.
Identify and explain requirements of a financial system for
the new service.
You need to mention at least one financial system like
excel.
** YOU can google it during the exam.
Human, Financial, Environmental, etc
You can google it during the exam to
get more example for each.
You need to write here how will you
prevent this risk from occurring
Before the risk happens -
Example:
Fire Remove any plugs that are
not being used and make sure
wires are safely secured.
Plan will be put into action or Procedure
should be followed after the risk occurs.
Example:
1. Call 999 immediately and report the
file.
2. Notify the department ER team
leader

..etc

Part -2 - Record System- Excel Sheet.

You need to create excel sheet with the following columns. (5 Columns)

- Document- You need to mention the document you may use for the new service.
- Software- Mention MS,office you will use to create this document.
Excel, word, access
- Format- You need to describe the document.
Ex. The document should contain Rows and column, Borders effect, Logo, font
size--- font type, color, etc..
- Details- You need to write some details for this document, Size, Date of creation,
for who, Version number, etc

- Evidence- You need to attach the document here (Metadata)

Part 3- Web Design- Tips:

(planning for your Website) Point 1-3 on one WORD document, and point 4 in
Separated WORD document.
1- You have to use SmartArt to create Website Structure Plan.
2- You have to design Style for your website.
Example-
The website color: Turquoise, white, light green
The Logo: Turquoise, White
The text color: dark blue, black, light green
The font for the Heading: (Calibri body)
The whole text: (Arial)
P.S- YOU need to add extra information to get higher grade.

3- You have to identify a range of website features and capabilities, some of which
are not appropriate.
Example:
Home, contact us, about us, services, payment policy (P.S Extra information =
higher grade)

4- Documentation- You need to list the steps to create a website (Separated

Word Document)

Part -4 Marketing Plan:

Market Position Ex.

brand, Modern, healthy ,Unique, Family
run, Arabic quality accommodation and
services, well distributed,.etc.
Objective You need to identify SMART marketing
objectives to promote the new service.
