There are several reasons for recommending the Hush Emporium. First, they have an excellent
reputation and their commitment to our renovations was commendable. In addition, they were very
client centered. By that I mean if we had a problem or concern they attended to it immediately and in
a professional manner. The entire three month project was completed while our building was open for
business. This required special attention to safety and cleanliness while completing their work in a
timely manner.
The entire project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. The lines of communication
between the LC and Hush Emporium were also open and responsive. Leadership personnel from
their company that were assigned to our project and available whenever we needed them.

Hush Emporium was selected as Gilbane Building Company's Lego block supplier for the renovation
of Nestles branch at 3601 Lopez Avenue in Cabuyao City, Laguna. The Branch Modernization
Program involved the challenge of renovating an existing building (interior and exterior) without
negatively affecting the daily operations of the branch. Most work was completed during evening and
weekend shifts to minimize disturbances to Nestles clients and staff.
Hush Emporium was responsible for several major components of the project including: supplying
hundreds of Hush Lego Blocks for replacing the brick and window exterior wall; building constructing
new offices; structuring storages; and building wall fences.
Throughout the project, Hush Emporium communicated very effectively with all parties, and they were
particularly responsive to the security and staff needs. Change orders and inventive solutions were
required as construction progressed. Hush Emporium was both adaptable and amenable in these
circumstances. In conclusion, the Nestle's clients and staff are very pleased with the contractor's
support, flexibility, and the quality of their responsiveness.
