Idowu Nora Ozioma (Msr)-Vice Chairman

Born on the 7th of July, 1975 in Kaduna State. She is a graduate of Economics from
Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State and holds a Master degree in
Business Administration from University of Calabar, Cross Rivers State.

She is a seasoned banker with one of the first generation bank, she has risen
through the ranks to a senior Executive officer, she is also a member of Chartered
Institute of bankers in Nigeria (CIBN) and an associate member of Nigeria
Institute of Management (NIM).

Her love for education and the need to correct learning challenges in children saw
her training in the UK as well as USA with accreditation from the Accelerated
Christian Education. She co- founded SOUNDMINDS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, fast
growing school that gives your child a solid mastery of education in all areas with
her husband Pastor Biodun Idowu.

Mrs Nora Idowu is a Pastor in The World overcomers Church. She is married to
pastor Idowu and they are blessed with 4 children King, Great-Grace, Melody and
Divine- Treasure.

Fidelis Edafe Umukoro-Executive Director Finance

CAREER PROFILE: Fidelis is a professional accountant and business executive with


over twenty years experience in corporate planning and financial management, with
strong marketing bias. He has worked in four major Multi-nationals Coca Cola, SC

Johnson; Mondelez/Cadbury Nigeria Plc and A&P Foods under the pladis Group
owners of global brands McVities and Godiva Chocolates.

Fidelis Umukoro, recently joined A&P Management as Finance Director effective July
18th 2016. In this role, Fidelis will have responsibility for all financial aspects of
company strategy, ensuring its contribution to the overall success of the organization.
He joined Coca Cola Bottlers in Nigeria as Finance Manager in 1992, and held several
increasing leadership responsibilities both in Nigerian and Corporate Group Office
Coca Cola HBC Athens in Strategic Business Planning Unit. He moved to SC Johnson
as Finance Director Nigeria (later Finance Director West Africa), providing functional
leadership to the Finance Function at Cluster level (Nigeria, Ghana and French West
Africa Countries). Fidelis joined Mondelez/Cadbury Nigeria Plc in 2012, holding larger
multinational scale engagements in Cadbury West Africa, his most recent role being
Category Controller Beverages (EEMEA Region). He earned a B.Sc. Accounting
degree in 1988 from the University of Lagos, M.Sc. Marketing 2011 University of
Lagos and he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria, a Fellow of
the Institute of Direct Marketing Nigeria and associate member of the Chartered
Institute of Taxation Nigeria.

Engr. Agbato Emmanuel Oluwabusayo- Executive


Director Engineering
Engr. Emmanuel Oluwabusayo Agbato, an experienced engineer and manager, has
more than Twenty (20) years post graduate diverse but relevant experiences in
Engineering both in the oil (Downstream and Upstream) and non-oil industries.
He is a graduate of Lagos State University and University of Lagos with B.Sc. and
M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering respectively.
In the last twelve (12) years he has been engaged in Project Management/Controls
activities on Engineering Projects from Bidding to Completion in the Oil & Gas
industry. Engr. Agbato has excellent competence in every aspect of Project
Management and Controls at an expert level. He is a COREN certified engineer and a
member of Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE
International).
