1972 Establishment of PT Kabel Indonesia (PMA)
1979 The capital investment status of the Company changed and
the Company became a PMDN and changed its name to
PT Kabelindo Murni
1992 Listed in BEJ and became a public company
2006 Established a subsidiary : PT Hotelindo Murni
2006 New Product : RF Feeder Coaxial Cable
2007 Quasi Reorganization
2012 New Product : ACCC / HCLS (High Current Low Sag)
2013 Established a subsidiary : PT Aruna Solar Indonesia
2016 Divestment of subsidiary : PT Hotelindo Murni

Vision
To become a strategic business partner in the power and
telecommunications industry in Indonesia by considering aspects of
occupational safety, health, and environment.

Mission
1. To produce quality cable for enhancing power and
telecommunications development in order to achieve maximum
customer satisfaction by considering all aspects of occupational
health and safety and environmental pollution.
2. To provide human resources with integrity and competency as a key
factor to operate efficiently and productively.
