Seamless tubes for making steam boiler whose pressure is high or higher and seamless tubes
used as pipelines.
GB 5310- 2008 is a national standard specifies classification, code name, dimension, shape,
weight, technical requirements, specimen, test methods, test rules, packaging, mark and quality
certificate. GB 5310- 2008 standard is applicable to seamless tubes for making steam boiler whose
pressure is high or higher and seamless tubes used as pipelines.
20MnG high pressure boiler pipe is a high manganese carbon carburizing steel, the harden-ability, strength and plasticity than 20 steel
cutting performance also improved, good low temperature impact toughness and weld-ability.
Used to manufacture camshafts, gears, couplings, hinges, pin tow bar, crankshaft bearing rings.
High pressure boiler pipe is a boiler tubes are seamless steel pipe category. The method of manufacturing
seamless pipes is the same, but there are strict requirements for steels used in manufacturing of tube. High
pressure boiler tubes when used often in high temperature and high pressure conditions, under the action of the
tube in the high temperature flue gas and water vapor will occur oxidation and corrosion. Steel pipe with high
rupture strength, high resistance to oxidation corrosion and good organizational stability. High pressure boiler
tube is mainly used to make high-pressure and ultra-high pressure boiler superheater tubes, reheater tubes,
windpipe, main stream pipe.
